App Loyalty Program
At Weigel’s, the app is the foundation of our loyalty strategy. I lead the redesign and content strategy for the app every loyalty cycle (every two months), driving updates across deals, rewards, sweepstakes, and gamified experiences. Partnering with Rovertown, I’ve overseen UX evolutions that not only reflect each campaign’s creative direction but directly impact engagement and conversion.
During our Summer Kickoff 2025, we hit a record 43% penetration rate, the highest weekly average in our app’s history. We also achieved 3,161 new enrollments, our second-highest week ever. These results speak to more than just design — they reflect how tightly we've aligned user value with the platform experience.
From launching mobile ordering with Vroom and now Uber Eats, to integrating geofencing, fuel discounts, and custom push notification strategies, the app is where our loyalty strategy lives and breathes — and I’ve had a direct hand in shaping its performance every step of the way.
