Established in 1931, Weigel’s is a family-owned and operated East Tennessee business. Weigel’s is a trusted name in the convenience store industry, known for its commitment to providing top-quality products and exceptional customer service. Weigel’s operates 85 convenience stores, a dairy, and a bakery. The bright, spacious stores represent state-of-the-art convenience retailing, premium customer service, and locally sourced products. Weigel’s is dedicated to enhancing the convenience store experience for its valued customers.

Email Marketing
May 2025, I had over 5 million sends, 95%+ delivery rate, and nearly half a million in revenue from email engagement alone. These results reflect more than a well-run campaign, they reflect how connecting with your community with data & personability works. One I helped build from the ground up for Weigel’s.

App Loyalty Program
From launching mobile ordering with Vroom and now Uber Eats, to integrating geofencing, fuel discounts, and custom push notification strategies, the app is where our loyalty strategy lives and breathes — and I’ve had a direct hand in shaping its performance every step of the way.

Website & Digital Footprint
I manage and execute Weigel’s digital footprint across web, search, and social; with the company’s website serving as the hub. On the site, I oversee the ongoing redesign and content flow of our loyalty platform, regularly updating promotions, deals, and design elements that align with each campaign cycle.
Graphic Design
The artwork showcased on the phones is primarily graphic design within the MyWeigel’s Rewards app, including: Weigel’s Arcade, the mobile ordering, 21+ rewards pages, and sweepstakes and rewards redemption barcodes.
These are all designed and administered by me and the marketing team. Rovertown is the app provider for Weigel’s. This platform has given me experience in app builder & design, full bleeds, push notifications, geofencing, as well as in-app coupons, mobile ordering via Vroom, and app takeovers, and our latest build, a ‘streak’ component to reward app engagement with daily rewards.
